San Lorenzo Bianco
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01Carricante, the principal grape of Etna, finds its most authentic expression in this San Lorenzo Bianco, accompanied by a small percentage of other indigenous grapes such as Catarratto and Grecanico, resulting in approximately 2000 bottles. In the glass, it presents with a vivid straw yellow crossed by subtle golden reflections. The bouquet unfolds a fine and elegant spectrum, dominated by citrus and floral notes, with an intriguing spicy undertone.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, a pronounced freshness and sapidity emerge, where the acidic component dialogues with the 13% alcohol content, lending the wine remarkable persistence and a character of extreme minerality, perfect for accompanying fresh fish and shellfish dishes.
