02Soft entry, vibrant acidity, silky but present tannins, agile body. Fruity and floral evolution, good harmony, clean and persistent finish. Long persistence, notes of undergrowth and quinine. Young, ready to drink. Tagliatelle with ragu, roast lamb, medium-aged cheeses.
