Diano d'Alba DOCG

Intense and brilliant purple. Complex and enveloping, notes of ripe Morello cherry emerge, floral hints of violet and earthy undertones of undergrowth. Dry, fresh and full-bodied, with a decisive attack that gives way to vibrant acidity and elegant tannins. It develops with considerable complexity, showing excellent structure and harmonious balance. Long and persistent finish, with returning notes of bitter almond and red fruit. It pairs magnificently with herb-crusted lamb, rabbit in civet, game and aged cheeses.
