02Enveloping entry, vibrant freshness, silky but present tannins, full and robust body. Complex evolution, elegant tannic structure, great balance, mineral and balsamic persistence. Long and deep finish, with echoes of red fruit in spirit and sweet spices, remarkable aging potential. Tagliatelle with lamb ragù, braised beef in Barolo, hard aged cheeses, wild boar stew.
