02Soft, fresh attack, with silky tannins and light body. Pleasant evolution, good structure, harmonious balance and medium persistence. Clean finish, fruity and spicy notes, short aging potential. Ideal with first courses with ragù, light roasts, cured meats and fresh cheeses.
