Brilliant ruby red with garnet reflections, clear. Intense aromas of rose, violet, cherry and a light balsamic note.
Palate & Finish

Fresh and vibrant attack, good acidity, silky tannins, medium body. Elegant evolution, expanding aromatic complexity, harmonious balance, long persistence. Clean and deep finish, notes of licorice and red fruit, aging potential of 5 to 10 years. Excellent with Piedmontese agnolotti, braised beef with Barolo, aged cheeses and game.
