02Soft attack, good freshness, silky tannins, medium body. Evolving complexity, fine structure, harmonic balance, good aromatic persistence. Long finish, spicy notes, aging potential 3-5 years. Florentine steak, braised wild boar, roasted game, aged cheeses.
