Bright, clear straw yellow. Fine nose, notes of green apple, citrus, hints of butter and delicate vanilla.
Palate & Finish

Soft entry, good freshness, medium body, present sapidity. Complex evolution, silky texture, balance between fruit and wood, long persistence. Clean finish, notes of toasted almond, discreet aging potential. Excellent with spaghetti with clams, seafood salad, baked fish with herbs.
