Brilliant straw yellow, clear. On the nose, notes of green apple, citrus, and a hint of vanilla and butter.
Palate & Finish

On the palate, soft, fresh, medium-bodied. Complex, balanced, with good aromatic persistence. Clean and persistent finish, with aging potential. Excellent with spaghetti with clams, baked sea bream, seafood salad.
