Pale straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Floral bouquet of acacia and wisteria, citrus notes of lemon and mandarin, hints of green apple and white peach. Fresh and vibrant attack, good acidity, light body, no tannins.
Palate & Finish

Clean and citrusy evolution, sweetness is well balanced by sapidity, balanced finish. Long and citrusy, with notes of white flowers, ready to drink. Ideal with crustaceans, seafood, fruit tarts, light aperitifs.
