Brilliant pale gold, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Intense floral notes of acacia and jasmine, hints of citrus and white peach. Fresh and lively attack, good minerality, light and agile body.
Palate & Finish

Soft evolution, good aromatic complexity, dynamic balance. Clean and refreshing finish, medium persistence, notes of toasted almond. Excellent with raw crustaceans, seafood, rice salads, fruit tarts.
