Bright, transparent ruby red. Notes of withered rose, cherry in spirit, licorice, balsamic hints.
Palate & Finish

Soft entry, fresh acidity, elegant tannins, medium body. Evolution with sweet spices, ripe red fruit, savory finish. Medium persistence, notes of tobacco and leather, promising for aging. Ideal with agnolotti del plin, braised beef in Barolo, aged cheeses.
