Brilliant, clear ruby red. Intense bouquet of ripe cherry, violet, and a hint of bitter almond.
Palate & Finish

Soft, fresh entry, with silky tannins and an agile body. Harmonious development, with good sapidity and a pleasant fruity note. Clean, medium-long finish, with a young and easy-going character. Ideal with Piedmontese cured meats, agnolotti del plin, rabbit in porchetta.
