Intense, clear ruby red. Intense aromas of ripe cherry and plum, with floral hints of violet and spicy notes of black pepper.
Palate & Finish

Firm, fresh attack, with vibrant tannins and a full body. Complex, balanced evolution, with good structure and remarkable persistence. Long, spicy finish, with aging potential. Ideal with agnolotti in roast sauce, braised beef in Barolo, aged cheeses.
