02Enveloping attack, great freshness, and silky, well-integrated tannins. Remarkable aromatic complexity, imposing structure, and a well-balanced finish. Long persistence, with lingering notes of red fruits and licorice, promises excellent longevity. Wild boar stew, beef braised, aged hard cheeses.
