Curation Note
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01The 4,000 vines per hectare at 120 meters above sea level, with an east-facing exposure on ferrous, sandy, and clay soils, along with a yield of 45 hectoliters per hectare, introduce us to a Trebbiano that, with love and respect, knows how to tell the story of its territory. The color is brilliant, while a precious aroma emerges on the nose.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, this Trebbiano Superiore reveals itself to be abundant in flavor.

At the Table
03It pairs magnificently with a seafood salad, fried small fish, or spaghetti with clams.
