The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01The unique character of this skin-contact white wine stems from the meticulous care of the few vines per hectare and the timely harvest, allowing the grape variety to express its vocation in this territory. The color is unusual for a white, a direct consequence of fifteen days of skin maceration, which imbues the wine with aromas ranging from potpourri to green tea.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, the taste is delightful and anything but conventional, with a scent that whispers sweetness.

At the Table
03This wine, produced only in selected vintages, pairs magnificently with game terrine, octopus and potato salad, or agnolotti with butter and sage.
