A lively effervescence dances in the glass, heralding a wine with a strong personality. Intense and enveloping notes are perceived, the result of a brief maceration and prolonged aging in barrique and then in bottle.

On the palate, the Notturno DOC Monreale by Fattorie Azzolino reveals a decisive structure, a clear expression of the Nero D'Avola grape variety cultivated in clay-sandy soils at 450 meters above sea level. An interesting glass to accompany flavorful dishes such as beef tagliata, wild boar ragu, or baked lasagna.
