Manual harvesting in mid-October and white winemaking at controlled temperature give this wine a unique character. The nose reveals aromas reminiscent of ripe fruit and a slight honeyed note, anticipating a soft and pleasantly sweet sip. Served at an adequate temperature, it will enhance the taste of an almond cake or blue cheeses.
