Chardonnay IGT Sicilia Bianco
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Fattorie Azzolino presents a Chardonnay IGT Sicilia Bianco, originating from grapes hand-harvested in the second decade of August. The white vinification, conducted at a controlled temperature between 17 and 18 degrees Celsius, involves a portion of the must fermenting and aging for eight months in barriques, followed by a further four months of bottle aging.

Palate & Finish
02In the glass, this wine presents a straw-yellow color enhanced by golden reflections. The aroma is an intense and complex invitation, with prominent bright notes of apricot and hints of tropical fruits, intertwined with floral scents of elderflower.
