02Fresh and juicy entry, silky but present tannins, medium body. Evolution with a beautiful taste progression, harmony between fruit and acidity, clean finish. Medium persistence, closes on fruity and mineral notes, good longevity. Florentine steak, pappardelle with wild boar ragu, aged cheeses.
