02On the palate, it attacks with decisiveness, lively freshness, silky tannins, full body. Complex evolution, vibrant structure, excellent balance, long persistence. Prolonged finish, notes of licorice and dried fruit, remarkable aging potential. Herb-crusted lamb chops, braised in Barolo, aged hard cheeses.
