Fresh and vibrant attack, silky tannins, medium body. Intriguing complexity with good structure, balance, and a lingering finish. Long and clean finish, with promising aging potential. Tagliatelle with ragu, Bistecca alla Fiorentina, braised wild boar, aged cheeses.
