01Pale, brilliant straw yellow, clear. Intriguing aromas of white flowers, citrus, and an almost saline mineral note.

Palate & Finish
02Fresh and vibrant on the attack, with a delicate minerality and a well-defined body. Complex evolution, with notes of toasted almond and a pleasant taste persistence. Long and clean finish, with aging potential. Excellent with seafood, shellfish, and delicate first courses of fish.
