02Enveloping attack, fresh acidity, silky tannins, and full body. Complex evolution with hints of tobacco, licorice, and balsamic notes. Long and harmonious finish, with great aging potential. Ideal with braised wild boar, stuffed guinea fowl, and aged cheeses.
