Appearance & Nose
01Pale straw, clear, lightly fizzy. Delicate aromas of pear, apple, and white flowers.

Palate & Finish
02Fresh and lively attack, light body, minimal tannins. Simple evolution, good harmony, medium persistence. Short finish, fruity and floral notes, not suitable for aging. Excellent as an aperitif, with mixed crostini, seafood salad, light first courses.
