01Bright straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet of green apple, pear, citrus, white flowers, and hints of yeast.

02Fresh and vibrant entry, good acidity, slender body, marked sapidity. Linear evolution, discreet aromatic complexity, balance between acidity and fruit. Clean and crisp finish, medium persistence, notes of almond and citrus.
