Palate & Finish

Soft attack, good freshness, silky tannins, medium body. Complex and harmonious, balanced and pleasantly persistent finish. Medium length, with fruity echoes and a slight bitter hint. Ideal with pappardelle with wild boar, bistecca alla fiorentina, aged pecorino, sautéed porcini mushrooms.
