Intense straw yellow with golden reflections, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Nose of great elegance with notes of ripe yellow fruit, candied citrus, dried flowers, melted butter, yeast and a mineral hint of chalk. Vibrant attack, decisive freshness, silky tannins, full and enveloping body.
Palate & Finish

Surprising aromatic complexity, imposing structure, masterful balance, long and captivating taste evolution. Very long finish, notes of toasted almond, wildflower honey and sweet spices, exceptional aging potential. Oysters, steamed shellfish, red tuna tartare, medium-intensity aged cheeses.
