Coralto Passito
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Corallo Passito by Curatolo Arini presents itself as a captivating red, the result of a winemaking process involving the sun-drying of a portion of the grapes, while the remainder is fermented at a controlled temperature.
-
Palate & Finish
02Subsequently, the dried grapes are combined with the already fermented wine for six months of maceration, followed by a further six months of aging in steel. This process imparts notes that evoke light and sweetness, inviting a moment of contemplation and the celebration of small joys.

At the Table
03It pairs magnificently with dry pastries, dark chocolate, and blue cheeses.
