01A Valpolicella Superiore DOC, born from 40% Corvinone, 40% Corvina, and 20% Rondinella grapes grown on limestone soils and trained on trellises with an average age of 20-30 years.

Palate & Finish
02It ages for a minimum of 36 months in tonneau, revealing a character that promises a certain structure. On the nose, aromas reminiscent of the richness of these native grapes are perceived.

03In the mouth, this red presents with good presence, ideal for accompanying aged cured meats, roast beef, or a classic Amarone risotto.
