Appearance & Nose
01From the Dolomites, this Trento DOC expresses the mountainous identity of the territory, with Chardonnay grapes cultivated on steep slopes at over 549 meters of altitude in the Val di Cembra. On the nose, it offers a broad and delicate aroma that evokes ripe fruit, with hints of quince, apricot, and Spadone pear, accompanied by notes of pastry cream and white chocolate.

Palate & Finish
02Light nuances of almond and strudel, together with touches of dried fruit, blend into a rich and considerably persistent sip. Excellent with a potato and leek tart, a salmon trout fillet with an herb crust, or veal scaloppine with lemon.
