Bright, clear straw yellow. Intense on the nose, floral notes of broom and acacia, citrus hints of lemon and white peach.
Palate & Finish

On the palate, fresh and savory, good acidity, medium body, pleasantly mineral. Complex evolution, elegant, with a nice interplay between acidity and softness, balanced. Clean finish, persistent with echoes of almond and flint, promises good longevity.
