Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Complex and refined nose, notes of citrus, green apple, toasted almond, brioche and yeast. Fresh and vibrant attack, marked sapidity, full and enveloping body, silky tannins.
Palate & Finish

Elegant evolution, great aromatic depth, imposing structure, impeccable balance between acidity and softness. Very long, clean and mineral finish, with echoes of dried fruit and remarkable aging potential. Excellent with oysters, raw seafood, swordfish carpaccio, aged cheeses.
