Commenda Magistrale, with its focus on organic and biodynamic practices, presents a Primitivo di Manduria DOC from twenty-year-old vines, cultivated in the alberello system supported in the heart of the designated production area of Taranto. This wine, with its deep and compact garnet red color, reveals notes of blueberry jam and tamarind on the nose, with a balsamic hint suggesting its evolution.
