Alfa – Bianco Puglia

La Commenda Magistrale, with its philosophy of enhancing the Salento terroir, presents this Alfa, a white wine born from Malvasia and Fiano grapes in a prime area of Eastern Taranto, on soils of red clay mixed with tufaceous and calcareous rocks. From the glass, a brilliant, straw-yellow color with greenish reflections emerges, anticipating a fruity and floral bouquet, where notes of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers, and hints of pineapple and lime are distinguished.

On the palate, freshness and pleasant acidity combine with an interesting mineral note, lending vivacity.
