On the palate, a fresh and vibrant entry, silky but present tannins, dynamic medium body. Elegant evolution, good aromatic complexity, harmonious balance and notable gustatory persistence. Medium-long, clean finish, with fruity and spicy returns, promises good evolution. Perfect with pappardelle with wild boar, bistecca alla fiorentina, aged cheeses.
