Montepulciano d'Abruzzo red wine DOC
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01From Montepulciano, the emblematic grape of the Peligna Valley, this Abruzzese red wine is born, an ambassador of the region worldwide, with a DOC designation dating back to 1968. In the glass, it presents an intense color, the result of a good complement of anthocyanins. The aroma reveals a bouquet rich in floral nuances, with notes of violet, and fruity notes reminiscent of berries and stone fruits.
