The Primitivo, a vine par excellence of the territory, finds in this expression a rich and concentrated character, born from old vines of about eighty years cultivated in the agro of Manduria. In the glass, scents of undergrowth emerge on the nose, blending with a sweet note of ripe marasca cherry.
Palate & Finish

On the palate, the fullness is enhanced by a consistent texture of sweet tannins that define its enveloping character. Perfect for accompanying beef braised in Barolo or game with polenta.
