Brilliant pale gold, fine and persistent perlage. Nose of small red fruits, candied citrus, toasty notes, and a delicate mineral hint. Fresh and vibrant attack, good sapidity, silky tannin, and elegant body.
Palate & Finish

Evolution of growing complexity, great structure, and notable gustatory balance. Long and clean finish, with echoes of toasted almond and significant aging potential. Salmon tartare, raw scampi, beef carpaccio, medium-aged cheeses.
