02Decisive attack, good freshness, silky tannins, medium-full body. Complex evolution, well-structured, harmonious, of notable persistence. Long, elegant finish, with fruity and earthy echoes. Excellent with pappardelle with wild boar, bistecca alla fiorentina, aged cheeses.
