Enveloping attack, silky but present tannin, good acidity and full body. Complex evolution on notes of tobacco, licorice and damp earth, well-structured and balanced. Long and persistent finish, with mineral nuances, great aging potential. Wild boar stew, beef braised, aged cheeses.
