Curation Note
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01NEGROAMARO ROSATO Salento IGP Masseria Altipareti is a wine born on the Salento peninsula, on chalky and clayey soils cultivated in espalier, caressed by sea breezes. The vinification of the Negroamaro grape variety in purity, preceded by a traditional 12-hour maceration and soft pressing, gives this rosé a pale color that anticipates delicate aromas.
