The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01Vermentino, the principal grape variety in this Tuscan expression, finds an ideal land in Maremma, where clay and sand define the terroir.

Palate & Finish
02The south-southeast exposure and a continental climate, mitigated by autumn rains, allow for balanced ripening, resulting in a wine capable of expressing the territory's sapidity. On the nose, notes of aromatic herbs and flowers are perceived, anticipating a fresh and marine palate. Aging in French oak barriques with fine lees imparts an enveloping complexity. Perfect with spaghetti alle vongole veraci, baked sea bream, or mixed fried seafood.
