Curation Note
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Vermentino, a grape variety that thrives on proximity to the sea to enhance its fruity notes, finds an ideal habitat in this Tuscan Maremma. The vines, cultivated on clayey and sandy soil between 40 and 50 meters above sea level, benefit from the alternation of sea and land breezes.

Palate & Finish
02In the glass, the freshness and minerality typical of the Tyrrhenian influence are perceived, characteristics that are then found on the palate, accompanied by notes of fresh fruit.

At the Table
03This white wine pairs beautifully with spaghetti with clams, baked sea bream, and fried seafood.
