Curation Note
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01This Chianti Classico DOCG, an authentic example of the denomination, presents itself with the olfactory and color intensity typical of a great wine, thanks to the selection of pure Sangiovese grown on calcareous-clay and galestro soils at 450 meters above sea level.

Palate & Finish
02A three-month maturation in steel tanks, followed by four to five months of aging in French oak, lends depth to its expression. A wine of character, which finds its worthy place alongside robust dishes such as grilled Florentine steak, wild boar ragu, or pasta with rich sauces.
