Cabernet Franc Toscano
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01In the glass, this Cabernet Franc presents with remarkable intensity, suggesting a robust structure born from French rootstocks planted at very high density in a clay-limestone and marl soil, at an altitude of 450 meters. After 18 months of aging in wood, aromas are perceived that herald complex notes.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, its strength manifests with character, thanks to a winemaking process that includes controlled temperature fermentation and 6 months of maturation in steel or cement. This wine, 100% Cabernet Franc IGT Toscana Rosso, finds its ideal companion in succulent dishes such as Florentine steak, wild boar stew, or roast veal.
