02Fresh attack, silky tannin, medium body. Elegant evolution, spicy notes, good structure, medium persistence. Clean finish, red fruit notes, potential 5-10 years. Perfect with pappardelle with wild boar ragu, bistecca alla fiorentina, selection of aged pecorino cheeses.
