Brilliant straw yellow. Fine and persistent perlage. Elegant bouquet of citrus, white flowers and notes of bread crust. Fresh and vibrant attack, good acidity, slight mineral note.
Palate & Finish

Balanced structure, complex evolution with hints of toasted almond. Notable persistence. Clean and thirst-quenching finish, long aromatic persistence. Potential for evolution over a few years. Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood appetizers, light first courses and fresh cheeses.
