01Cardone Vini Classici S.r.l. presents Rudy Bianco, a Brut sparkling wine from the Valle d'Itria, the result of a winemaking process that includes soft pressing followed by slow fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature, with re-fermentation occurring according to the Charmat method in autoclaves. In the glass, it appears with a beautiful straw-yellow color marked by greenish reflections, anticipating a fine and continuous perlage.

02On the nose, the wine offers fresh and intense aromas, characterized by pleasant floral notes. The taste confirms this freshness with a dry note, making it an excellent accompaniment for light dishes, crostini with olive pâté, and raw scampi.
